Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You must register for an account to access most features of the platform. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate and complete information.

3. Roles and Responsibilities

Students: You agree to complete course materials honestly and adhere to our academic integrity policies.

Freelancers: You agree to provide services professionally and deliver work that meets the project requirements and our quality standards.

Clients: You agree to provide clear project requirements and make timely payments for completed milestones.

4. Payments and Fees

Clients are billed for projects as per the agreed-upon milestones. One Monk Coding Solutions collects a platform fee from the payments made to freelancers. All course fees are due upon enrollment.

5. Intellectual Property

Our platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of One Monk Coding Solutions. For client projects, the intellectual property of the delivered work transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall One Monk Coding Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
